Customer Notice

• PHOELIA is an individual studio. Every product is made to order, we will need 7-15 working days (excluding holidays) for brass and sterling silver products. 
  As for 14/18k gold products, 18k gold plated brass or sterling silver products, they require at least 3 weeks working days (excluding holidays.)
  
• Before placing an order, you can always send email ([email protected]) to check inventory status. Some may be in-stock products and ready to ship.
• Some products contain natural pearls and gems. Shape, size and colors may differ. For symmetrical design, we will select with discretion.
  
• For international orders, you will be responsible for customs duties or any additional charges that may be generated during transit.

• PHOELIA 為個人工作室，商品多為接單訂製、少有現貨。 
  每款商品所需的製作時間皆不同，出貨日為訂購成功後7-15天不等（不含假日）。
  任何特殊需求及商品相關問題（如現貨狀況），皆可來信討論。
• 部分商品包含天然複合媒材，如珍珠、礦石或其他半寶石， 每個色澤、尺寸和形狀皆獨一無二，製作時會仔細挑揀，配對成雙。
• 國際包裹可能會有關稅或其他額外費用產生。
